Racing Incident Report

On arrival at the barriers, T Angland expressed concern regarding the action of REAL GENERAL. An examination of REAL GENERAL by the Veterinary Officer found that horse to be suitable to race.
DILIGENT III began awkwardly and was hampered shortly after the start when SIGHT LOVER shifted out on jumping.
From a wide barrier, ABLE MAGIC was taken across behind runners shortly after the start.
Approaching the 400 Metres, VIVA GUY was hampered when attempting to improve into tight running between NOSTALGIA and SECRETARY OF STATE where there was insufficient room.
Rounding the Home Turn, SUPER GOAL ELITE got its head on the side and lay out.
Near the 200 Metres, ABLE MAGIC, which was racing tight inside BET ON ME, was steadied when crowded for room between that horse and SECRETARY OF STATE which shifted out marginally when racing close to the heels of SIGHT LOVER. As the Stewards were of the opinion that there was no rider error involved in this incident, no further action was taken.
Near the 150 Metres, VIVA GUY was shifted out away from the heels of SUPER GOAL ELITE.
In the Straight, TWIN TURBO got its head on the side and lay in under pressure.
DILIGENT III, REAL GENERAL and TWIN TURBO were sent for sampling.
