Racing Incident Report

HAPPY FOR ALL, STRIVE FOR GLORY and YEE CHEONG SPIRIT were slow to begin.
ALWAYS AWESOME jumped only fairly.
A short distance after the start, MULTIDARLING was bumped and got unbalanced by REGENT GLORY which shifted in and away from THE GOOD DEAL. In this incident, STRIVE FOR GLORY was also steadied.
ALWAYS AWESOME was unable to improve its position after passing the 500 Metres and raced in restricted room for some distance before being put under pressure near the 300 Metres.
TRAVEL GOLF was held up passing the 400 Metres and continued to be held up until being put under pressure near the 200 Metres.
REGENT GLORY was also held up after passing the 400 Metres and failed to obtain clear running from that point. Then near the 50 Metres, REGENT GLORY was checked to avoid causing interference to DIAMOND FLARE and at the same time avoid the heels of SWEET DIAMOND and subsequently was not fully tested over the concluding stages.
After the race, A Badel (SAVVY DELIGHT) was of the view that the horse would derive benefit from its first up run today. A veterinary inspection of SAVVY DELIGHT immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Also after the race, Z Purton (RUBY SAILING) could offer no excuse for his mount’s performance today.
RUBY SAILING, SPARKLING DOLPHIN and STRIVE FOR GLORY were sent for sampling.
