6 H007  ALLGREEKTOME  27/11/2024   219  ALLGREEKTOME (H007) after the event, rider stated that his mount hung out throughout the event and failed to respond to his riding in the Home Straight. When questioned, Trainer stated that he was of the opinion that the horse would perform well in the event although it had not impressed him when it barrier trialed on the All Weather surface on 19 November 2024. He said as he felt the performance of the barrier trial was due to the All Weather surface, he was of the opinion that the horse would still be able to perform well in the event. He added that the horse was disadvantaged by a runner showing superior pace in the early stages and the early stages being run inside standard time. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Performance compared to its previous starts was considered to be disappointing. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 219.
