After the event rider stated that he was given the option to ride his mount with cover if another runner showed intent to lead. He said in the early stages when a runner was ridden forward he elected to allow that runner to cross in accordance with the instructions. Trainer confirmed the instructions issued - Race 654.

After the event rider confirmed that from an inside barrier she was instructed to hold an on-pace position. Finished 6th and rider was nonetheless reminded of her obligation to ensure that she fully rides her mounts out to the finish of the race - Race 661.

Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 604.

He added on the Home Turn his mount became unbalanced and when he was concerned there was something amiss he eased it down from the event near the 300M. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Finished tailed out and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed satisfactorily in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 647.
