He added that was the reason why his mount did not run on when placed under pressure in the Home Straight. Trainer concurred with the views offered by rider and added that the horse had prepared well for the race when it performed to his satisfaction in a barrier trial on 22 May 2025 over 1200M. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 736.

After the event rider stated that he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages to cross to the lead. He added in the Home Straight his mount did not respond to his riding and, in his opinion, is better suited over the 1000M straight at Sha Tin. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 736.
