He said his mount then raced keenly in the early and middle stages and after shifting out leaving the 500M it then raced tight to the inside of another runner for some distance thereafter before finishing the race off only fairly. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 732. |
