Racing Incident Report
BETTER BOY began awkwardly and then was bumped by SUNBELL which on jumping shifted out. SHARKI, CZAR OF PRUSSIA and SOUNDS BEST began awkwardly, causing these horses to come together. Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, CLASSA WIN was checked when crowded for room inside CZAR OF PRUSSIA which after being brushed on its hindquarters by SOUNDS BEST became unbalanced, got its head on the side and shifted in. No action was taken. In the early stages, MONEY STRONG whilst being ridden along failed to muster speed, got its head on the side and hung in. Making the turn at the 600 Metres, FANTASY was crowded for room inside MONEY STRONG which at this time got its head on the side and shifted in slightly. Over the concluding stages, SOUNDS BEST was carried in by SUNBELL which when being ridden out shifted in. MONEY STRONG was sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of MONEY STRONG after the race did not show any significant findings. SOUNDS BEST, RUM SHOT and SUNBELL were sent for sampling.
