Racing Incident Report

As the start was effected, ALL IS READY, which was having its first race start today, reared and struck its head on the overhead superstructure, resulting in ALL IS READY losing a significant amount of ground. Before being allowed to race again, ALL IS READY will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial. A veterinary inspection of ALL IS READY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
FANTASY lifted its front feet off the ground as the start was effected and began only fairly.
STAR OF WUYI shifted in at the start and bumped TRUST ME.
From the outside barriers, DURHAM STAR and BELLA BABY were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
When being steadied to obtain cover in the early stages, GOLDEN EMPIRE raced tight outside STAR OF WUYI near the 1100 Metres.
After being ridden along in the early stages, E BROTHER was steadied after the 1100 Metres to obtain cover when racing wide.
Near the 1000 Metres, ENDOWED was inconvenienced by STAR OF WUYI which got its head on the side and shifted out. Then after the 900 Metres, ENDOWED was left racing wide and without cover.
Passing the 500 Metres, MOMENTUM GALAXY was awkwardly placed inside the heels of MIRACLE VICTORY as that horse commenced to improve to the outside of ENCORE. FANTASY, which was following MOMENTUM GALAXY, was steadied away from the heels of that horse in consequence.
Making the Home Turn, STAR OF WUYI got its head on the side and lay out.
At the entrance to the Straight, E BROTHER was awkwardly placed outside the heels of ENDOWED which lay out making the Home Turn.
GOLDEN EMPIRE had some difficulty obtaining clear running approaching the 300 Metres and then raced tight inside STAR OF WUYI when improving into tight running between that horse and MOMENTUM GALAXY near the 200 Metres.
After the race, M F Poon reported that STAR OF WUYI made an abnormal breathing noise after the 800 Metres. A veterinary inspection of STAR OF WUYI immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported.
A veterinary inspection of E BROTHER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
GOLDEN EMPIRE, MIRACLE VICTORY and TRUST ME were sent for sampling.
