Racing Incident Report
MIRACLES began only fairly and then was crowded for room inside VITRALITE which shifted in.
AURORA HERO was steadied in the early stages to obtain cover.
From wide barriers, KASI FARASI and DOUBLE SIX POP were shifted across behind runners in the early stages to obtain cover.
Passing the 1300 Metres, SPARKY STAR raced tight inside TYCOON JEWELLERY.
Passing the 800 Metres, FELIX THE KING was left racing wide and without cover.
Passing the 500 Metres, TYCOON JEWELLERY lost ground when having to be shifted out away from the heels of FELIX THE KING which was directed out abruptly away from the heels of MY INTELLIGENT which, after being bumped by BALLISTIC MAN, then shifted out away from that horse. SUPER RED DRAGON, which was following TYCOON JEWELLERY, was hampered in consequence.
At the entrance to the Straight, E RAINBOW and FELIX THE KING bumped.
Passing the 400 Metres, VITRALITE was inconvenienced when crowded for room inside BALLISTIC MAN which shifted in before being corrected. After this, BALLISTIC MAN gave ground and finished tailed out. The performance of BALLISTIC MAN was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, BALLISTIC MAN will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
AURORA HERO had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight.
DOUBLE SIX POP also had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight and passing the 300 Metres was awkwardly placed inside the heels of FELIX THE KING when commencing to improve into tight running between that horse and E RAINBOW. DOUBLE SIX POP then lay out under pressure over the concluding stages.
Approaching the 200 Metres, KASI FARASI was directed in away from the heels of FELIX THE KING to continue improving.
A veterinary inspection of TYCOON JEWELLERY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
TYCOON JEWELLERY, ALL RICHES and SUPER RED DRAGON were sent for sampling.
