COMMENTS AND PROSPECT:
HELLBENT was trained by Kurt Goldman at the beginning and transferred to Darren Weir’s yard with a record of 7 wins, 2 seconds and 5 thirds in 23 starts, winning distance from 1000M to 1200M. He took part in William Reid Stakes for the first time in 2017 and just fail to SILENT SEDITION with Damian Lane on board, then he bounce back in 2018 with Craig Williams to reject THRONUM and CATCHY to land his sole G1 success and he joined the stallion roster right after that. The son of I AM INVINCIBLE stationed at Yarraman Park since 2018 with three black type contests winner. His service fee in 2023 is AUD$ 38,500.
THE CONCENTRATION was purchased by Ricky Yiu and his agent at AUD$ 110,000 as a yearling with no public overseas barrier trials record. Same sire runners in Australia ran on well from 1000M to 1400M but those four in HK are still looking for their first win.; his dam IVY BLUE who sired by ARLINGTON is half-sister of Robert Sangster Stakes champion SPRIGHT. The brown gelding should be most effective in sprint events.
