Racing Incident Report
On jumping, BRAVO VICTORY and ME FIRST were severely checked when crowded for room between PROJECTVISION which shifted out and COMEDY which on jumping shifted in. DE INTEGRO jumped awkwardly. Approaching and rounding the first turn, REPUTATION hung out. When questioned, C Brown (PROJECTVISION) said the Trainer had instructed him to ride the horse right on the speed if possible. He said however PROJECTVISION was leaning on the outside of its stall and when the gates opened shifted out abruptly, crowding BRAVO VICTORY, because of this instead of riding along into a forward position, he had to take hold and straighten and PROJECTVISION got much further back in the race than was the intention. He said when back in the field PROJECTVISION in his opinion appeared to be reluctant to travel through the kickback and was generally quite disappointing. PROJECTVISION was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
