Racing Incident Report
PERFECT VICTORY was slowly away. On jumping, CHOCOLATE TYCOON shifted in and bumped WORLD STAR. In the middle stages, LITTLE PLAYTHING had a tendency to race ungenerously with its head up and shift out. About the 700 Metres, EXPRESS LOT was steadied and shifted out when tightened for room inside BRAVISSIMO which was taken in slightly by CHOCOLATE TYCOON which was awkwardly placed close to the heels of LITTLE PLAYTHING. No action was taken. In the early part of the Straight, BRAVISSIMO was steadied and shifted in abruptly to avoid the heels of APPLIED SUPREME. About the 200 Metres, STAR OF TAI PO, which was giving ground, was steadied when tightened by APPLIED SUPREME which shifted in. About 100 Metres out, LITTLE PLAYTHING was unbalanced when momentarily crowded between SPECTACULAR TALK and EXPRESS LOT. WORLD STAR was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing. After the race, it was noted that SPECTACULAR TALK was making an abnormal breathing noise. The horse was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and he reported he was unable to find any significant abnormalities.
