Racing Incident Report

STAR OF WAH YAN was slowly away. On jumping, SOUND GALLOP and BRAVO VICTORY bumped. Just after this SOUND GALLOP knuckled. The performance of SOUND GALLOP was considered to be unacceptable. Before the horse can race again, it will have to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial and will be required to pass an official veterinary examination. On jumping, LEGEND'S GLORY was steadied to a rearward position. About the 1200 Metres, SPECTACULAR TALK shifted out from behind NAMJONG HEART. As a consequence of this, some inconvenience was caused to DRAGON FORTUNE which was momentarily obliged to race wider. Near the 700 Metres, REFRESHINGLY was severely checked to avoid WINMARK which itself was severely checked when racing tight inside NAMJONG HEART which was beginning to give ground and shifted in slightly away from CHARITY FIRST. The checks received by REFRESHINGLY and WINMARK were of considerable significance, however, the Stewards were not able to attribute responsibility to any rider or riders and therefore no action was taken. When REFRESHINGLY checked about the 700 Metres, some inconvenience was caused to STAR OF WAH YAN which was steadied and shifted out. LEGEND'S GLORY made the Home Turn somewhat awkwardly on the outside of RECOGNITION. About the 400 Metres, RECOGNITION, which was giving ground, was steadied when momentarily crowded by LEGEND'S GLORY. Also about the 400 Metres, WINMARK was steadied when held up behind TEKON PERFECT which was giving ground and tight inside NAMJONG HEART. After the 400 Metres, WINMARK shifted out to go around TEKON PERFECT. Throughout the race, TEKON PERFECT hung out. LEGEND'S GLORY was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
