Racing Incident Report
After arriving at the Start, J Spencer expressed concern over the action of LUCKY TWINS. The horse was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who said in his opinion it appeared stiff in front. Acting on this advice, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of LUCKY TWINS. Before being allowed to race again, LUCKY TWINS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. FELICITY, which was to be ridden in a rearward position tonight, began awkwardly. FAT CHANCE was a little slow to begin, shortly afterwards was crowded for room between DON SEBASTIAN and COMME D'HABITUDE which shifted out. Shortly after the start, MAGICAL WARRIOR was steadied when awkwardly placed inside the heels of MASTER YING. In the Straight, CHAMP DRAGON hung in and proved difficult to ride. FAT CHANCE, MODERN PROSPECT and SUGAR AND SPICE were sent for sampling.
