Racing Incident Report

PERFETTO was slow to begin. CONNOISSEUR'S LOVE began awkwardly, causing B Prebble, its rider, to become unbalanced. LUCKY DICE and SPARKLING STAR began awkwardly, causing both horses to lose ground. After the 1000 Metres, SHINING DRAGON was carried wider by MASTER SPIRIT which shifted away from the rail after being crossed by GREEN WARRIOR. After the 700 Metres, NORTHERN ROSE hung out. From shortly after the 400 Metres until after the 200 Metres, FORTUNE PRINCESS was held up and unable to improve between SHINING DRAGON and MASTER SPIRIT. As FORTUNE PRINCESS obtained running to the inside of MASTER SPIRIT, that horse drifted in slightly, causing FORTUNE PRINCESS to be carried in which in turn caused SHINING DRAGON to be carried in across the running of GREEN WARRIOR which was giving ground. In this incident, GREEN WARRIOR was checked and SHINING DRAGON steadied. In the circumstances, no action was taken. Near the 300 Metres, CONNOISSEUR'S LOVE was crowded for room inside ASSET PLAY. After the 200 Metres, CONNOISSEUR'S LOVE, which was closing the race off, was steadied and shifted out around the heels of GREEN WARRIOR into clear running. Near the 100 Metres, NORTHERN ROSE was steadied when crowded for room between SPARKLING STAR which got its head on the side and shifted in and MULTI MILLIONS which shifted out. No action was taken. Throughout the race, SPARKLING STAR raced wide and without cover. ELECTRONICS SPUR and MASTER SPIRIT were sent for sampling.
