Racing Incident Report
SUPER FIGHTER and VICTORY CODE were slow to begin. LUCKY WINNER bounded in the air at the start and then despite being ridden along failed to muster speed and got well back. Making the turn at the 700 Metres, FLASHING STAR was steadied away from the heels of SUPREMACY. At the 300 Metres, CALIFORNIA HEART was bumped by VICTORY CODE which was having difficulty obtaining running on the outside of GOLDEN CARE which shifted out slightly. After the 200 Metres, WINNING SUCCESS shifted out when under pressure. Because of this, E Saint-Martin, its rider, changed the whip into his left hand. WINNING SUCCESS then over the concluding stages shifted in, causing inconvenience to FLASHING STAR which was carried in. Throughout the race, CALIFORNIA HEART travelled wide and without cover. CALIFORNIA HEART was sent for an official veterinary inspection and sampling. LUCKY WINNER was sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of CALIFORNIA HEART and LUCKY WINNER after the race did not show any significant findings. WINNING SUCCESS and SUPREMACY were sent for sampling.
