Racing Incident Report

SECRET OF WINNING began awkwardly.
FOREST COLOURS was slow to begin.
Shortly after the start, RED LUCKY STAR was crowded for room between GREAT ALEXANDER and MR AWARD which was taken out by POSITIVE ENERGY. After this, RED LUCKY STAR was taken across behind runners.
Also shortly after the start, D DAY SUPER bumped the hindquarters of EASTERN PROMISE when crowded for room inside QUEEN DRAGON which was taken in by LUCKY RED which after initially being bumped by CALL ME ACHIEVER then got its head on the side and shifted in away from that horse. Then for a short distance after this, QUEEN DRAGON was steadied away from the heels of LUCKY RED which shifted in.
Approaching the 600 Metres, LUCKY RED commenced to prove very difficult to settle and making the first turn after the 600 Metres shifted out when awkwardly placed close to the heels of PO CHING KING and in doing so bumped SECRET OF WINNING which became unbalanced.
Rounding the Home Turn, RED LUCKY STAR shifted out and was awkwardly placed close to the heels of MR AWARD.
For the majority of the race, SECRET OF WINNING travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of RED LUCKY STAR immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
CALL ME ACHIEVER, EASTERN PROMISE and D DAY SUPER were sent for sampling.
