Racing Incident Report

WAYFOONG VINNIE began awkwardly and lost ground.
SHARP STYLE lost ground when crowded for room a short distance after the start between JING JING WIN and MULTIMILLION which was taken in by SEVEN HEAVENS which in turn was taken in by CLASSIC UNICORN.
LAOS ENLIGHTENMENT shifted in at the start and bumped HIGHLAND FORTUNE. LAOS ENLIGHTENMENT was then shifted across behind runners.
For the majority of the race, SHARP STYLE lay out under pressure and passing the 100 Metres shifted out and bumped GAMECHANGERS.
When questioned, Apprentice K H Chan stated that MULTIMILLION travelled satisfactorily until the 450 Metres at which stage the horse stumbled. He said after this MULTIMILLION came off the bridle and then did not finish off the race. He said after the race MULTIMILLION again stumbled on a number of occasions. A veterinary inspection of MULTIMILLION immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Before being allowed to race again, MULTIMILLION will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that HARD PROMISE had bled from both nostrils.
Also after the race, the Veterinary Surgeon reported that CLASSIC UNICORN was distressed. Before being allowed to race again, CLASSIC UNICORN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection of LONE EAGLE and GOKO immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
CLASSIC UNICORN and SEVEN HEAVENS were sent for sampling.
