10 13 AMERICAN STAR (BK096) E Legrix -- Never better than mid-division. Dropped to the rear rounding Home Bend.
11 3 MIDDLE EAST WIN (BM091) D Lee -- In mid-division to straight, then dropped out. (Saddle slipped.)
12 2 DIAMOND COAST (BK195) D Gauci -- Towards rear early. Made rapid progress on the outside passing 1200 M to chase leader Home Bend. Soon dropped out of contention upon straightening.
13 8 GOOD AS GOLD (BL171) L O'Sullivan -- Mainly in mid-division. Forced to check and drop to last place approaching Home Bend. Never recovered.
