8 6 GOGGLES (CB140) E Saint-Martin -- Prominent but keen early on, gradually settled to race 2-wide 2 to 3Ls off pace until straight, no answer to leading group's acceleration in straight.
9 13 SUNSEEN (CB208) E Legrix -- Always towards rear about 6Ls off pace on fence, straightened up racing 2-wide, bit short of room at top of straight but soon no chance.
10 9 LIFELINE EXPRESS (CA228) D Dunn -- Raced 3-wide 6Ls off pace down back straight through to final bend, effort turning in when inside winner but failed to pick up and well beaten 300 M out.
11 5 DIAMOND MOON (CB019) Hammer-Hansen TT1 Slowest into stride and always 7 or 8Ls off pace in rear on fence, similarly placed turning in, beaten 350 M out.
