4 11 KINGIFLY (CG020) B Prebble -- Began only fairly, raced in middle of track 4Ls from pace, responded well under hard riding to make frame.
5 10 GREEN WARRIOR (CD385) Y T Cheng -- Broke with them, settled 2 to 3Ls off them with cover, travelled well in run not working too hard, lacked 100% clear room in stretch and kept going well to line. Needs to dictate.
6 2 ALINSKY (CE046) D Whyte B Broke well, pushed along to be prominent early 3 off fence, 1 to 2Ls away, pushed along at 300 M, kept on at same speed without really threatening.
7 3 OUR JET (CD128) S Dye B/TT Began awkwardly and lost ground, raced at tail behind horses 4 to 5Ls away, finished race off well to be closest at finish but unable to peg back gap.
8 12 HELENE ELEGANCE (CB004) H K Yim PC-/B2/TT Broke well, showed good speed to contest lead early, still in it to 200 M but under pressure, couldn't maintain speed and weakened out last 100 M.
9 5 FLASHING STAR (CC018) G Schofield -- Broke with them, settled 3Ls away without cover, began to struggle with speed from 300 M point, slowly weakened out of it, steadied when slightly crowded late but giving ground at that point.
10 8 FIREBOLT (CB256) H W Lai B-/SR/TT Showed good speed, held early lead and kept running at solid speed, under pressure from 300 M, offered little over final furlong to drop right out.
11 9 GOLDEN CARE (CD188) M W Leung B/TT Lacked dash from break, drifted back to be 5Ls away, always niggled along to hold position, under whip from 300 M, gave little from that point.
12 1 EVERY TIME (CD314) A Delpech SR Average to begin, settled at rear, 4 to 5Ls off them throughout, travelled well to 300 M but showed no turn of foot when placed under pressure.
