8 10 GO LEGEND GO (CL273) O Doleuze -- Shifted out badly on jumping, steadied to a rearward position with cover but continued to lay out throughout the race, finished off the race well but left with too much to do.
9 1 OUR PEGASUS (CK093) H W Lai -- Rushed along after a fair break then vied for the lead on the outside, emerged as the leader from 700M, kept on effort in straight, headed near 100M then weakened rapidly.
10 8 PERFECT JOY (M182) Z Purton B Quickly into stride, vied for lead 1000M - 700M then sat back in 2nd, lacked a further response turning in, faded inside 200M.
11 6 BESPOKE MASTER (CL227) Y T Cheng -- Difficult to settle in early stages, travelled 2-wide in midfield 3-4Ls off the pace, kept on same pace in straight before weakening inside 150M.
12 2 FLYING CHINA (CK266) T H So PC-/B2 Taken back after the start, soon outpaced and detached, driven along back straight, 7Ls down in last place turning in, finished off fairly down the outside without getting past a rival.
