12 3 TIANCHI MONSTER (B350) A Hamelin -- From widest draw taken across behind runners, reserved in the rear, couldn't go on in the straight, never dangerous.
13 5 HURRY HURRY GAIN (E183) Z Purton -- Up with pace early stages then restrained to settle ahead of midfield, came under pressure 600M, failed to finish off, gave ground noticeably from 200M. (Jockey : had come to the end of its initial racing campaign.)
14 8 OUR CLASS ACT (E303) H W Lai -- Taken back from wide draw, settled 3-wide towards the rear, wide into straight, soon outpaced and left behind by rivals.
