4 8 FLYING WROTE (J290) M F Poon TT Shifted in abruptly at the start, raced 3-wide without cover in the leading group, fought on well over final 300M for a creditable 4th.
5 4 MONARCH COUNTY (J421) H Bowman B1/TT From wide draw taken across behind runners, settled last 6-7Ls back, had task in hand 400M, responded well but met traffic final 150M and was not ridden out to the finish. Could have finished in top three.
6 10 TELECOM POWER (J332) A Badel B Stayed in touch with leaders racing in a position ahead of midfield, kept battling over final 300M but was always held by leaders. Raced tight late and not ridden out close home.
7 2 NATURAL HIGH (J365) K Teetan B Began well, soon in front and led at steady pace, headed top of straight, fought hard but not going the pace of leaders final 250M.
8 9 GOLDEN FRIENDSHIP (K106) H Bentley CP-/TT Bumped at the start and became unbalanced, raced very wide without cover in midfield, failed to quicken on straightening, left behind by the principals final 200M.
9 3 HEROIC MASTER (G394) L Ferraris B/TT From wide draw taken across behind runners, settled near last 5-6Ls back, brought wide on straightening but failed to gain ground on leaders.
10 11 BLING BLING GENIUS (J397) A Hamelin B1 On jumping was checked, raced ungenerously in midfield throughout the race, checked 600M, didn't finish off the race. (Warning placed on the racing manners of the horse.)
11 12 COLONEL (D090) B Thompson TT From wide draw given a conservative ride towards the rear, last turning for home, failed to run on.
12 6 FORTUNE WARRIOR (H229) A Atzeni XB/TT Crowded after the start, raced 2-wide in the group chasing leaders, came under pressure 450M, soon weakened. (Blood in trachea.)
