Racing Incident Report

NEW FUTURE was slow to begin.
ENTRUSTED began only fairly and then was shifted across behind runners in the early stages to obtain cover.
KYRUS UNICORN shifted out at the start and bumped PERFECT TO GREAT.
MALDIVES shifted in at the start and bumped SERIOUS LIAISON. SERIOUS LIAISON and MALDIVES were then hampered shortly after the start by FLASH FAMOUS which shifted out.
Approaching the 1100 Metres, FLASH FAMOUS got its head up when being steadied after racing in restricted room inside KYRUS UNICORN.
After the 1100 Metres, PERFECT TO GREAT was left racing wide and without cover and near the 1000 Metres shifted in and bumped MALDIVES.
Near the 950 Metres, MALDIVES was awkwardly placed behind BEAUTY FIT.
Approaching the 500 Metres, BEAUTY FIT raced tight outside KYRUS UNICORN which shifted out. KYRUS UNICORN then got its head on the side and lay in and approaching the 450 Metres was awkwardly placed outside the heels of ALL FOR ST PAUL’S. KYRUS UNICORN continued to lay in in the early part of the Straight.
In the early part of the Straight, MEANINGFUL STAR was awkwardly placed behind PERFECT TO GREAT.
Approaching the 200 Metres, MEANINGFUL STAR was shifted to the inside of PERFECT TO GREAT after being disappointed for running between that horse and DECISIVE ACTION.
Near the 150 Metres, ENTRUSTED shifted in and brushed the hindquarters of DECISIVE ACTION. ENTRUSTED was then directed out away from DECISIVE ACTION.
A veterinary inspection of PERFECT TO GREAT, KYRUS UNICORN and FLASH FAMOUS immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
BEAUTY FIT, SERIOUS LIAISON and MALDIVES were sent for sampling.
