After the 600 Metres became unbalanced when it shifted in towards the running rail and was corrected by its rider A Atzeni. Sent for sampling post-race. |
| 2 | 9 | TELECOM POWER (J332) | Near the 1000 Metres blundered when it struck the heels of INVINCIBLE DELIGHT (B Thompson) which was racing tight to the inside of SPEEDY SMARTIE (L Hewitson). As the Stewards were satisfied that INVINCIBLE DELIGHT had maintained a three wide position to the outside of RACINGRACE, no direct action was taken, however, both Jockeys Thompson and L Hewitson were advised, wherever possible, to ensure runners to their inside have comfortable racing room. Sent for sampling post-race. |

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. |
