Racing Incident Report

Pla. Horse No. Horse Incident
7 GOOD LUCK WIN (J135) When questioned regarding the improved performance, Trainer K H Ting stated that since being transferred to his stable he had identified that GOOD LUCK WIN was not comfortable racing around other horses and for this reason he reapplied blinkers to the horse. He said this together with GOOD LUCK WIN being assisted by the early stages of the event being run outside of standard time were the reasons for the horse’s improved performance tonight. Sent for sampling post-race.
4 SNOWALOT (E397) Raced wide and without cover in the middle stages until it was ridden forward where it obtained a position outside the lead near the 500 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race.
1 HAPPY DAILY (E294) Jumped awkwardly, shifted out and made contact with THE PRIME. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
2 STURDY RUBY (H207) No report.
8 NINJA DERBY (H339) Sent for sampling post-race.
10 FIREFOOT (J183) No report.
12 TRADITION (J111) Jumped only fairly and then was crowded shortly after the start.
6 TAKE ACTION (J098) Jumped only fairly. After the event, J McDonald stated that with the early and middle stages of the event being run outside of standard time, when the race developed into a sprint home from the 500 Metres, TAKE ACTION was left flat-footed at that stage and took some time to respond to his riding. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
11 LITTLE FAIRY (H206) After the event, A Badel stated that his instructions were to obtain a position with cover. He said when caught wide in the early stages and the pace of the event being run outside of standard time, he elected to allow his mount to stride forward and race outside the lead to avoid covering additional ground.
3 EN PERFECTO (J409) Shifted out on jumping and was bumped.
5 THE PRIME (J352) Bumped at the start. From the outside barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
9 SUPER TREASURE (J211) Bumped at the start. Raced wide and without cover from the 550 Metres.
