Over the concluding stages lay in, resulting in its rider A Atzeni having to stop riding and straighten his mount. A Atzeni was issued with a warning for using his whip in a forehand manner forward of the saddle. Sent for sampling post-race. |

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of UP WITH CHARM was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, UP WITH CHARM will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. |
