Rider reported that his mount, which was having its first race start on the All Weather surface, resented the kickback and did not travel throughout the event. He added that entering the Home Straight when not in a competitive position he discontinued in riding his mount out. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. The next day was reported to be lame in its right front leg. Finished tailed out and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed satisfactorily in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 139.
2 K010  ETERNAL FORTUNE  03/12/2025   233  ETERNAL FORTUNE (K010) shifted out shortly after the start and was bumped. After being crossed approaching the 600M commenced to race keenly and got its head up when being steadied away from a runner. As a result the horse shifted out and made contact with another runner. Trainer stated that, in his opinion, the horse may not have performed to expectation after having a hard run on 2 November 2025. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 233.
3 K408  METRO POWER  30/11/2025   222  METRO POWER (K408) shifted in at the start and was bumped. Rider reported that his mount, which was having its first race start on the All Weather surface, did not appreciate the tighter turns before giving ground in the Home Straight and not running out a strong 1200M. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 222.
4 K468  BLUE ILLUSION  03/12/2025   233  BLUE ILLUSION (K468) bumped shortly after the start. When questioned about the improved performance trainer stated that at its last start the horse was disadvantaged by drawing a wide barrier and not running out a strong 1200M. He added that the horse was advantaged by drawing towards the inside and dropping back in distance to 1000M - Race 233.
5 K310  CASA OF HONOR  15/11/2025   182  CASA OF HONOR (K310) bumped near the 350M. Rider reported that his mount travelled well during the early stages but when asked for an effort near the 250M the horse’s action changed and he felt there may have been something amiss with it thereafter. Trainer stated that the horse was disadvantaged drawing barrier 1 and rider having to make use of it in the early stages to hold a forward position. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Performance compared to its previous starts was considered to be disappointing. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 182.
