Barrier manners were considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a stalls test. Near the 850M shifted in and away from a runner despite the efforts of its rider and became unbalanced - Race 238.

1 J315  LUCKY MAN  17/12/2025   266  LUCKY MAN (J315) shifted in at the start and was bumped. In the middle stages raced keenly and leaving the 800M was steadied. For a short distance approaching the 200M had difficulty obtaining clear running when improving between runners - Race 266.
2 K318  INVICTUS DRAGON  07/12/2025   237  INVICTUS DRAGON (K318) when questioned rider stated that the intention was to hold an on-pace position but as the start was effected his mount bounded and as a consequence lost ground and settled further back in the field than intended. He added after following a runner during the race he shifted to that runner’s outside with a view to improving behind another runner. He said when the latter runner then commenced to give ground near the 350M he became held up behind that runner and as a consequence did not obtain clear running until near the 150M when he shifted out - Race 237.
