2 WINNING BULLET (CE260) O Doleuze -- Standard to leave gates, soon gathered speed to hold spot behind leader, had dream trail in mid-section, travelled nicely to turn, obtained clear run at 200 M, knuckled down to task and score a strong win despite hanging.
13 MASTER MARAUDER (CA184) M W Leung -- Away with them, showed good early speed to take up running, dictated the pace at even clip, held 1L advantage on circle, stole a break on turning, kept kicking strongly and defied all until last 50 M.
6 REGAL THRILLS (CE286) G Mosse B Jumped with field, lacked early toe and settled worse than midfield, raced 2 wide 6Ls away throughout, still well back on turn, in traffic early in straight until 250 M, made up plenty of ground late when clear. (Rider questioned.)
8 BOLD WIN (CE282) B Prebble B Bounced out, soon faded back from awkward alley, raced 7Ls away 3 wide at tail, always working wide and improved under pressure on turn, had clear running from 300 M and closed nicely to make frame.
1 CHATER SILK (CG050) A Delpech -- Awkward to break and steadied early, settled down at tail 8Ls away on rails, made some ground on fence in mid-section to be 5Ls down in traffic on turn, not much room but did best work last 200 M when clear run presented.
11 VITALITY CHAMP (CD301) R Fradd -- First to leave gates, lacked the speed to lead, raced outside leader 1L away throughout, relaxed nicely and had good trip to turn, ridden along to challenge in straight, couldn't match them when fitness gave out at 200 M.
9 DR MORE (BV164) Y T Cheng -- Broke with field, settled down towards rear, raced 8Ls off them lobbing along at tail throughout, still last with job to do on turn, in traffic and had no run until 200 M, closed off well when race was over.
4 NOBLE HEART (CC355) D Whyte B/TT Began well, pushed on but couldn't slot in, forced to race 3 wide without cover 2Ls away, always working in mid-section, pushed along on turning, couldn't find extra gear and fitness gave out last 200 M.
7 SING FAY FAY (CE074) M Odendaal B/TT Awkward to jump, bumped early and lost ground, positioned just worse than midfield, raced 2 wide 4 to 5Ls from pace, ridden along in traffic on turn, held up for most of straight and was never really properly tested.
10 AWESOME DRAGON (CG210) S K Sit B1 Lacked speed from gates, quickly ridden up to hold spot 3Ls back on fence, had easy time in mid-section, pushed along approaching turn, run presented at 300 M but couldn't capitalise and only battled to line.
3 COURAGEOUSHEART (CD202) N Ryan B Standard to begin, driven up to settle into midfield role, posted 3 wide with cover 4 to 5Ls off pace, always working covering ground to turn, hard ridden coming 4 wide into straight, didn't pick up in run home and struggled to line.
12 KA KA WIN (CD006) S Dye B Began with them, slotted in to sweet seat 1 out 1 back, raced 2Ls away 2 wide throughout, urged along on turn, run presented but clearly struggling, condition gave out and gradually weakened thereafter.
5 GRAND CENTRAL (CG160) M Nunes SR-/B1 Left gates with rest, posted 4 wide from outside alley, 4 to 5Ls away always working in midfield, had done plenty and under hard riding on turn, weakened out in straight when workload took toll.
