5 SURVEY SURVEY (CH070) S K Sit TT Average break, rushed along to hold spot 3 to 4Ls back on rails, given quiet ride in middle stages, travelled well on bend, kept to rails before gaining split at 250 M, went on with job to draw away at finish for nice win.
10 SUNNY POWER (CG203) D Whyte -- Jumped nicely, slotted in to running line 3 to 4Ls back, raced with wide trail behind speed, worked into race well on bend, eased out in straight, cruised up at 200 M but couldn't match winner late.
3 GOLD STRIKER (CD365) F Coetzee -- Began well, slotted straight into box seat behind leader, had run of race 1L back on rails, on bridle with plenty to offer on bend, challenged strongly at 300 M and hit lead briefly before condition gave out late.
12 RIVER JORDAN (CG194) M Nunes TT Out with them, didn't have early dash, took up midfield role 5Ls back on rails, enjoyed soft run throughout, in traffic turning in, steadying for run and shifted out at 200 M, closed off sharply when clear.
13 INFINITE DELIGHT (CG314) G Mosse -- Left gates quickly, faded back to midfield to slot in to running line, raced 2 wide 5Ls away throughout, spent little to bend, eased to middle of track in straight and did best work late to be closest on line.
6 TRIUMPHANT UNICORN (CD166) E Saint-Martin CP1 Reasonable break, ridden up to take prominent role 1 out 1 back, had easy run 2Ls back, eased 3 wide with something to offer on bend, challenged strongly and right there before run ended at 200 M. Couldn't match them last bit.
1 GALLANT LION (CG243) R Fradd -- Jumped fairly and steadied shortly after, settled near tail on rails, raced 6 to 7Ls from front runners, over-raced in mid-section, not asked to bend, in traffic until 250 M and lost momentum, switched out but only held ground to line.
11 FERRO BEAU (CG244) D Nikolic -- Began with rest, drifted back from a wide alley, raced 2 wide worse than midfield 6 to 7Ls back, ridden cold throughout well back behind horses on bend, made run between horses closing steadily without looking likely.
9 JIANG JUN (CE281) O Doleuze -- Slow to begin, taken in behind to race at rear on rails 8Ls from front runners, not asked in middle stages, had plenty to do switching out on turning, closed off fairly down middle giving too great a start. (Abnormal breathing.)
7 JOLLY GOOD FORTUNE (CD274) M W Leung -- Showed speed from gates, pressed on to take up running, rolled along at solid clip 1L clear, dictated terms to turn, pressured on turning in, fought on to 200 M but couldn't find another speed and weakened out late.
4 SIROCCO (CA169) S Dye -- Bounced out, pressed on from wide alley to race at leaders girth, kept leader honest in mid-section 1/2L down turning in, challenged to 250 M but unable to keep on when they sprinted and lost touch last furlong.
14 ENGINEERING WONDER (CB300) H W Lai -- Began evenly, soon faded to next to last, raced 2 wide 8Ls away at tail, set off on 3 wide run, improving on bend, under pressure turning in, didn't show any turn of foot and simply plodded to line.
