2 SACRED KINGDOM (CG268) D Nikolic TT Bounced out, showed enough dash to sit just off leaders on outside rail, always travelling well 1L back, loomed up easily to take over at 300 M, placed under pressure and responded nicely for another strong victory.
1 KINGIFLY (CG020) A Starke -- Only a standard jump, assumed role in midfield 3Ls from pace, travelled well in middle stages, showed good sprint from 300 M taking ground off winner over closing stages without really threatening.
8 PACIFIC ADVANTAGE (CH109) C Soumillon -- Well enough to break, took up midfield spot near outside 3Ls off pace, trailed along well at midpoint, shifted at 300 M, kept on well under pressure to hold a place. Better effort.
9 ZAVONE (CG036) O Doleuze TT Awkward to begin and checked soon after, taken straight to outside, raced in rear division 4Ls away with cover, still gave a start at 400 M, crowded at 300 M and again at 200 M, kept on well and did best work late to make frame.
10 SURE JOY (CE299) C W Wong B/TT Began with rest, took up spot just behind pace, raced 2Ls away throughout, close enough at 300 M and did best to mount a challenge, could only hold ground last 200 M lacking an extra gear to make inroads.
6 CALL ME CULLEN (CH113) Y T Cheng -- Moderate to begin, soon towards rear, raced 4Ls to 5Ls back with cover, well back towards middle at midpoint, got going from 300 M and finished race off nicely. Looking for longer.
4 GOOD TO GO (CH096) D Whyte TT1 Average break, ridden along to take closer order, raced on outside rail 3Ls back, urged along from midpoint, lacked a sprint but steadily closed to 250 M before run ended, steadied when tiring passing 200 M.
12 PICTURE PERFECT (CD297) M W Leung TT1 Shade tardy to begin, raced near to last 6Ls back in middle of track, always pushed along, gave big start at midpoint, Stuck on at same pace and finished off evenly to be nearest on line. Needs longer.
13 CHOICE AND CHANCE (CA381) W M Lai B Fastest into stride, led them in middle of track, kept rest chasing 1L clear at midpoint, held advantage to 300 M, didn't find when tackled and weakened out tamely after workload took toll.
14 OURAJA (CG214) H K Yim -- Average break, raced in centre of course 5 to 6Ls from them in rearward role, pushed along throughout, didn't find much when asked but did pass a few tired runners late.
11 FORTE (CB351) A Delpech -- Even beginning, raced 3Ls back against outside rail, hung throughout which didn't help progress, urged along passing 400 M, didn't find as usually would and produced a lack lustre finish just battling to line.
5 PROFITING CHAMPION (CH123) K T Yeung -- Well enough to jump, showed plenty of dash to race 1 to 2Ls off leader in middle of track, raced greenly throughout, drifted in when tiring at 400 M, unable to offer much fight and faded last 200 M.
3 THUNDER DANCING (CG250) K L Chui BO-/B2 Standard to begin, mustered speed to race 3Ls back travelling in centre of course, struggling to go gallop at mid-point, didn't respond when placed under pressure and struggled in run to line.
7 DAV AND MING (CH055) S K Sit B Jumped with them but soon positioned near tail, always 7Ls off them and hard pressed to stay in touch, began to lose ground at midpoint and showed nothing falling further behind to be well beaten.
