6 11 MOSHI MOSHI (CG255) D Nikolic TT1 Settled towards the rear. Raced along the fence making home turn but had to be steered outwards to avoid traffic in the inside part of the track. Closed off strongly once finding daylight inside final 200 M.
7 7 CARE FREE MIDAS (CH053) O Doleuze -- Ridden along early stages to race behind leaders. Hampered at 800 M and shuffled back to midfield. Ridden along to keep up until home turn and only kept on same pace in the straight.
8 2 KIMBERLEY MINES (CA367) M Nunes -- Jumped well from a wide draw. Settled 2-wide in midfield backstraight. Hugged the rails turning for home but never picked up in the straight. Weakened final stages.
9 3 STAR OF FAME (CH043) K T Yeung TT Vied for the lead before taking a sit off the leader at 800 M. 2-wide and no more than 2Ls off the leader turning for home. Lacked a response in the straight and weakened.
10 1 GANBARIA (CE052) F Coetzee B Caught wide amongst leaders early stages. Better than midfield and remained wide and without cover in back straight. Started to lose steam at home turn and weakened in the straight.
11 5 CHAMPION PIONEER (CG305) A Starke -- Slowly away then was crowded and lost further ground. Raced at the rear throughout, hung out badly over final 600 M and made no impression in the straight.
