12 OURAJA (CG214) B Prebble B Standard jump, drifted back to be 8 or more lengths away 3 wide with a trail, suited by fast tempo, well back on bend, made many lengths down centre of course to take control at 100 M and score stylishly.
2 O'REILLY RALLY (CH266) O Peslier TT Began nicely, pressed on to take a sit behind first two horses, carried along by solid pace 2Ls back, tracked well on turning, overhauled leaders at 200 M but couldn't withstand final charge of winner last 100 M.
14 SPECIAL DAYS (CH236) D Whyte B1 Moderate beginning, raced 3 wide without cover in midfield 5Ls back on a limb, made turn a little awkwardly, came with rush when balanced up but had run to its toll last 100 M.
1 SINGING DINERS (CH063) E Saint-Martin TT Little pace from outset, ended up 8 more lengths away, suited by fast pace, back between horses on bend, gradually made progress through pack closing nicely late to be nearest on line.
7 MAGIC SWEEP (CH299) K Shea B Jumped reasonably, raced in midfield 4 to 5Ls back in running line, aided by tempo, same margin back turning, came with run at 300 M and looked a hope before run ended at 100 M.
4 EIGHT PLUS NINE (CH259) G Mosse B No pace, raced 10Ls back in 2 wide line, helped by solid pace at top end, not used in mid-section, tracked 3-wide on circle, switched widest and made many lengths from an impossible spot.
8 GOAL KEEPER (CH277) C Soumillon B-/V1 Ordinary break, allowed to settle near to rear 9Ls away, further back than last start, aided by speed, still well back to bend, made good ground between horses closing off nicely.
11 DRAGON AND GOLD (CD244) C W Wong -- Fastest out, raced to a 1L lead, set a solid tempo in mid-section, held same advantage on turning, defied them to 200 M but unable to find extra and tired late. Didn't go extra trip.
6 ENCORE WIN (CH251) G Boss B/TT Jumped with line, ended up 4Ls back on fence, had soft trip and used little in mid-section, saved ground turning, held up when progressing at 200 M and had little chance to improve thereafter.
5 WIN A DOZEN (CH262) Y T Cheng TT Began with more purpose, raced outside leader 1L back in a more prominent role, did share of work with solid pace, there to 250 M but couldn't sustain effort and weakened out late.
9 STAY YOUNG (CD109) Z Purton -- Out with rest, raced behind midfield in running line 7Ls back, helped by tempo, switched to rails on circle, same margin back on turning, made minimal progress in stretch.
10 WELL NOTED (CG313) M Nunes CP/TT Out well but lacked usual pace, raced 4Ls away in running line, had an even run with speed on, improved on bend, flattened out at 200 M.
13 JOLLY WONGCHOY (CH076) C K Tong -- No real early pace, settle in rear division, raced 3 wide with a trail 7Ls back, suited by tempo, had job to do turning, made no headway just battling at same pace.
3 SHANGDONG GENERAL (CH077) K L Chui -- Displayed some early pace, slotted into prime spot 3Ls back on fence, not asked in mid-section following a hot speed, eased wider turing but found little and faded out tamely.
