6 10 LOADS OF JOY (L088) K C Ng TT Pressed on from a wide gate to race outside the leader, easy time with fair sections, matched leader turning and in mix until 150m when unable to hold on.

9 1 ALL VICTORY (M107) M Chadwick TT Settled just behind midfield, 5ls back in running line, came 3 wide turning in, made moderate progress in straight.
10 12 HEARTS KEEPER (N360) T H So B Posted 3 wide without cover, 3ls or so back, did share of work in mid-section, struggling turning and gradually folded final 300m.
11 8 FUN 'N' GAMES (P140) T Clark H Positioned behind midfield 5-6ls back in running line, fair run to turn but set big task turning, made moderate progress before inconvenienced, not likely.
12 9 COUNTRY CHARM (M252) K C Leung B Unable to slot in and forced back to rear from a tricky alley, 7ls back at rear, always at tail and made no real impression (see racing incidents).
