3 9 NORTH BRIDGE (J828) Y Iwata -- Jumped awkwardly, soon led setting a fast pace for the first half of the race, kicked nicely clear early straight, caught by first two inside 150M, held on well for 3rd.

5 3 HISHI IGUAZU (G807) D Lane XB Tracked leaders on inside, tried hard on straightening but lacked a turn of foot to launch a serious bid.
6 8 FIVE G PATCH (G286) B Avdulla TT From wide draw shifted across behind runners, at the back of the field from 1200M, 5Ls to make up 400M, stayed on moderately.
7 2 DUBAI HONOUR (G809) T Marquand XB/TT Settled behind midfield, struggled to pick up when the race got serious and was only fair to the line.
8 11 MASSIVE SOVEREIGN (J208) Z Purton -- Obtained a position behind midfield, came under pressure middle stages, couldn't finish it off turning home. (Jockey : failed to handle the Yielding track conditions)
9 7 NIMBLE NIMBUS (E249) A Atzeni V/TT From wide draw moved up to press leader on outside in a race with genuine pace, under the pump 550M, soon beaten on straightening. (Jockey : changed tactics from wide draw but that didn't suit him.)
10 5 STRAIGHT ARRON (G435) C Y Ho -- Held up behind midfield, checked 1400M, fell back to a rearward position after, failed to finish off on straightening. (Jockey : failed to travel at any stage after incident near 1400M.)
11 6 SWORD POINT (G448) K C Leung CP Chased leaders, shifted out to a 3-wide spot without cover from 1000M, struggled to keep up 500M, soon weakened and finished tailed out. (Unacceptable Performance.)
