Racing Incident Report
CITIZEN KANE, which was restless after being boxed, jumped very awkwardly with its head up. On leaving the gates, CHAMPIONSHIP shifted in abruptly and bumped ALEXANDRA PALACE which in turn shifted ground and made contact with MASTER FAY. About the 800 Metres, SWEETHEART and FIBBER bumped. After this incident, FIBBER had a tendency to lay out and raced without cover. After reaching the lead at about the 200 Metres, BRILLIANT WAY shifted in. In the Straight, DEPECHE MODE shifted out. Also in the Straight, WILLIE WAY was inclined to lay in. CITIZEN KANE and FIBBER were sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
