Racing Incident Report
FAT CHOY TOGETHER was slowly away. FRUITFUL TRIP jumped awkwardly and threw its head up, then just after the start was tight for room between CHEERS UP and KRISTOFFERSON. In the early and middle stages, DIAMOND AND GOLD was obliged to race wide and without any cover. About the 1000 Metres, MERRY STAR became unbalanced when awkward on the heels of HOI POLLOI. Shortly after this, MERRY STAR shifted out from behind HOI POLLOI and caused some inconvenience to SILLERENT which was obliged to race wider. About the 500 Metres, BILLION DELIGHT was checked rather severely and shifted out to avoid HOI POLLOI which was weakening. Whilst shifting ground, BILLION DELIGHT caused inconvenience to IRONIC COMMANDER which for some time was awkward on the heels of KRISTOFFERSON. Near the winning post, CHEERS UP was crowded for room between FRUITFUL TRIP and THE RICH MAN and was accidentally hit on the head by the whip of Apprentice K C Tsang (THE RICH MAN).
