Racing Incident Report

WE KNOW WHEN was slowly away, was then further inconvenienced by FORTUNE TYCOON which on jumping shifted out abruptly. FUN MANAGER jumped awkwardly, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of EMPIRE COURT. On jumping, REPUTATION and PO ON POWER came together. Approaching the winning post the first time, EMPIRE COURT was momentarily tight between DANELAW and WINNING LUCK (K Desormeaux) which was shifting in. Near the winning post the first time, DANELAW got its head up when momentarily crowded by WINNING LUCK. K Desormeaux was advised to exercise care at all times when shifting ground. Also near the winning post the first time, PEACEFUL CENTURY was steadied and shifted in to avoid FUN MANAGER which was shifting out. Near the 1200 Metres, PEACEFUL CENTURY got its head up, shifted out onto the heels of PO ON POWER. Near the 400 Metres, PEACEFUL CENTURY, which had been ridden back, was steadied to avoid the heels of DANELAW. Then in the Straight, PEACEFUL CENTURY was shifted out to find running. Turning out of the Straight the first time, WE KNOW WHEN shifted out and made contact with ALY BABA. In the early part of the Straight, WINNING LUCK shifted in and bumped REPUTATION. Inside the 100 Metres, FUN MANAGER was steadied and shifted in to avoid the heels of REPUTATION. About the 100 Metres, REPUTATION shifted out and made contact with WINNING LUCK which was giving ground. EMPIRE COURT was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
