Racing Incident Report
On jumping, TEAM HONOUR shifted in abruptly and bumped FAT CHOY TOGETHER which was carried onto the hindquarters of WONDERFUL WINNERS and checked. The occurrence was accidental. About the 600 Metres, GOOD FIT was severely checked to avoid the heels of THE RICH MAN which was giving ground. When GOOD FIT checked at about the 600 Metres, some inconvenience was caused to CHEERS UP. For some distance after this, CHEERS UP was held up behind ZABETTE and THE RICH MAN, both of which were giving ground. J Saimee (ZABETTE) explained behind the gates he adjusted the length of his irons and he said in hindsight he may not have properly fastened the buckle on the off side stirrup leather. He said immediately on jumping out the buckle let go, he tried several times throughout the race to re-buckle it at any length, but was unable to do so, as a result was at a considerable disadvantage throughout. TEAM HONOUR was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
