Racing Incident Report
INVINCIBLE GENERAL, which was restless in the gates, jumped awkwardly with its head up, was further inconvenienced by PEACEFUL CENTURY which on leaving the gates shifted in abruptly. On jumping, SUPER SPLENDID shifted in abruptly, as a consequence of this, G Mossé bumped his right foot on the side of the gates. Just after the start, METRO TRAVELLER made contact with BOTANY BAY. Near the 300 Metres, YAN CHAI ELITE was steadied when awkwardly placed on the heels of BABY WAVE SUPREME. To go forward, YAN CHAI ELITE shifted in. An inquiry was opened into the running and riding of PEACEFUL CENTURY. After taking evidence from M de Montfort, rider, and from Mr T W Leung, Trainer of the horse, the inquiry was adjourned to a date to be fixed. HIDDEN TALENT was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
