Racing Incident Report

JUST IN TIME left the gates awkwardly with its head up, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of GOLD CHARM. BON BON jumped awkwardly and threw its head about. THE BEST WINNER was slowly away. Throughout the race, BRUIN SUPREME hung out and on the Home Turn shifted out abruptly away from JUST IN TIME. As a consequence of this, inconvenience was caused to BON BON which shifted ground and hampered GALLANT HORSE which was obliged to race considerably wider. After the race, the Veterinary Surgeon said BRUIN SUPREME was bleeding from both nostrils. About the 300 Metres, THE BEST WINNER was steadied and changed course to avoid BON BON which was taken out by BRUIN SUPREME. GALLANT HORSE was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing. After the race, F Naude (TREASURE FIELD) reported to the Veterinary Surgeon that he was concerned with the action of the horse in front. TREASURE FIELD was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who said he was unable to detect any abnormalities. Following the race, it was noted that the saddle on MUNDAHISH shifted backwards, this placed E Legrix at a somewhat disadvantage during the race.
