Racing Incident Report
S King (DON SEBASTIAN) was fined $2,000 for negligently weighing out without leathers and stirrup irons. As a consequence of S King's negligence, the saddle had to be returned and he be re-weighed. KEEN WINNER left the gates very awkwardly and threw its head about, then in the early stages had a tendency to pull. LUCKY STALLION, which was standing with its head turned to the off side, came out awkwardly and bumped IMPRESSIONIST. Near the winning post the first time, MAGIC HANDS was checked and shifted out abruptly to avoid LUCKY SABRE which was taken in by LUCKY STALLION. LUCKY STALLION, which was pulling, got its head on the side and shifted in away from CHEERS HONG KONG. When MAGIC HANDS checked, some inconvenience was caused to KEEN WINNER. In view of all the circumstances, it was decided no action should be taken. Near the 200 Metres, Apprentice M W Leung (HUNTING LAD) dropped his whip.
