Racing Incident Report
GOLD FIELD was slow to begin and then was crowded for room between LUCKY TWINS and NEW FACE which shifted out. After passing the winning post on the first occasion, FORTUNE LIFE was steadied when momentarily crowded for room between SHENANEGAN and SUPER CENTURY which shifted in slightly. LONGMARK, NEW FACE and FORTUNE LIFE were sent for sampling. After the race, SUPER CENTURY was examined by the Veterinary Officer. He said the horse was lame in the left fore leg. Before being permitted to race again, SUPER CENTURY will be required to pass an official veterinary examination.
