Racing Incident Report

DUKE WAI was slow to begin and then a short distance after the start was steadied away from the heels of HERE COMES TED which shifted in after being checked when crowded for room on jumping between NICE FANDANGO and OVERSUBSCRIBED which, after being bumped by VICTORY POWER, shifted in away from that horse. In this incident, NICE FANDANGO became unbalanced when bumped on the hindquarters by HERE COMES TED.
NEXTMODEL was crowded for room shortly after start between LUCKY MORE which shifted in and VICTORY FOR ALL which was taken out marginally by TAKINGUFURTHER.
Near the 950 Metres, MOON PEAKS was momentarily crowded for room between TAKINGUFURTHER and VICTORY POWER which shifted out despite the efforts of its rider.
Passing the 900 Metres, NICE FANDANGO got its head on the side and shifted out away from FLYING GENIUS, resulting in OVERSUBSCRIBED being inconvenienced.
Passing the 850 Metres, VICTORY FOR ALL became unbalanced when awkwardly placed inside the heels of LUCKY MORE due to VICTORY FOR ALL being bumped on the hindquarters by TAKINGUFURTHER which shifted out away from VICTORY POWER.
Approaching the 500 Metres, MOON PEAKS was shifted in away from the heels of VICTORY POWER which shifted to the inside of OVERSUBSCRIBED.
Passing the 500 Metres, NEXTMODEL was shifted in away from the heels of TAKINGUFURTHER. NEXTMODEL then raced in restricted room between HERE COMES TED and TAKINGUFURTHER which shifted in slightly near the 400 Metres.
MOON PEAKS was unable to obtain clear running from approaching the 400 Metres until after the 300 Metres. Then near the 100 Metres, MOON PEAKS raced in restricted room between FLYING GENIUS and HERE COMES TED and shifted out towards the heels of HERE COMES TED after the 100 Metres, resulting in MOON PEAKS being awkwardly placed behind that horse. MOON PEAKS then shifted to the inside of HERE COMES TED approaching the 50 Metres and in doing so made contact with FLYING GENIUS, resulting in MOON PEAKS becoming unbalanced and shifting out across the heels of HERE COMES TED.
A veterinary inspection of NICE FANDANGO immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
DUKE WAI and LUCKY MORE were sent for sampling.
