Racing Incident Report
TIGER GLARE was crowded for room on jumping between BULB ELITE and DAILY BEAUTY which became unbalanced after being bumped by EVEN KEEL which shifted out.
INCANTO PREPARED began only fairly and then was steadied away from the heels of LADY FIRST on jumping when that horse shifted in.
THUNDER STOMP was bumped on jumping by FAITHFUL TRINITY which shifted in. After this, despite being ridden along, THUNDER STOMP failed to muster speed.
ALL YOU KNOW was shifted across behind runners to obtain cover in the early stages.
Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, INCANTO PREPARED was steadied away from the heels of BULB ELITE which was being steadied to obtain cover.
After being ridden along in the early stages from a wide barrier, JADE THEATRE (C Y Ho) was left racing wide and without cover passing the winning post on the first occasion and was consequently allowed to improve its position after the 1100 Metres to race outside the lead approaching the 900 Metres at which stage THUNDER STOMP was left racing wide and without cover. After the race, C Y Ho stated that because of the amount of use that had to be made of JADE THEATRE in the early and middle stages, the horse was then not able to finish off the race. A veterinary inspection of JADE THEATRE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Passing the 400 Metres, INCANTO PREPARED was checked away from the heels of EVEN KEEL. INCANTO PREPARED then raced close to the heels of LADY FIRST and became unbalanced when being shifted out from behind that horse to obtain clear running.
A veterinary inspection of THUNDER STOMP and EVEN KEEL immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
DAILY BEAUTY, FAITHFUL TRINITY and ALL YOU KNOW were sent for sampling.
