Racing Incident Report
FOREVER FRIENDS bumped the outside of its stall on jumping and began awkwardly.
OUR PRECIOUS began only fairly and at the 1050 Metres was shifted out away from the heels of LEAN HERO which shifted out. Then for some distance after the 900 Metres, OUR PRECIOUS was awkwardly placed behind HAPPY WON.
Shortly after the start, INSPIRING CITY got its head up when being steadied to obtain cover, made the turn near the 900 Metres awkwardly and then lay out rounding the Home Turn.
SUPERB MOVE was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
Z Purton was fined the sum of $10,000 for striking HAPPY WON with the whip when unsaddling that horse after the race.
FOREVER FRIENDS and HAPPY WON were sent for sampling.
