After the event Z Purton stated that his mount, which was having its first race start at Happy Valley, was obliged to race wide and without cover and as a result did not appreciate racing around the Happy Valley circuit. Noted to have lost its right hind plate after the race. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. |

| 9 | 7 | SOLID CAR (K058) | Jumped only fairly. After the event K Teetan stated that whilst he was obliged to race three wide he had cover behind LO PAN SPIRIT. He said in the Home Straight SOLID CAR finished the race off only fairly when placed under pressure. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. |
| 10 | 10 | CHARMING BABE (J513) | K De Melo (GOLDEN EMPIRE) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding [Rule 100(1)] in that shortly after the start he permitted his mount to shift in when not clear of CHARMING BABE, resulting in CHARMING BABE having to be checked. K De Melo was suspended from riding in races for a period to commence on Wednesday, 11 June 2025 and to expire on Sunday, 15 June 2025 on which day he may resume race riding (2 Hong Kong racedays). In assessing penalty, the Stewards determined the carelessness grade 2 and the consequences grade 2 and also considered his good race riding record. |
