1 2 WE ARE HERO (G207) Jumped awkwardly and then was crowded by ALSONSO which shifted in. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 12 ALSONSO (J405) Sent for sampling post-race.
3 5 FAST RESPONDER (J295) Jumped awkwardly and shortly after was then steadied when crowded by WE ARE HERO which was taken in by ALSONSO. Held up for clear running between the 400 Metres and the 200 Metres.
4 6 MAJESTIC EXPRESS (J244) Sent for sampling post-race.
5 9 ACE CHAMPION (K379) Shifted out at the start and was bumped.
6 1 WHIZZ KID (E392) No report.
7 3 LA FORZA (J285) After the event Z Purton expressed satisfaction with his mount’s performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 11 SMART AVENUE (K474) Approaching the 50 Metres was held up for clear running when improving into a narrow run between MAGIC HALLOW and SUPER FORTUNE.
9 10 GAZELEY (K253) Jumped only fairly and then soon after the start made contact with ACE CHAMPION which shifted out.
10 7 SUPER FORTUNE (G065) After travelling a short distance Y L Chung was required to regather his left rein. After the event Y L Chung stated that his instructions were to lead. He said when his mount jumped only fairly and made contact with the right side of its barrier SUPER FORTUNE did not show sufficient pace to do so and this was the principal reason for the horse not finishing the race off. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
11 4 DREAM WINNER (H308) No report.
12 13 MAGIC HALLOW (J329) No report.
13 8 SUNNY DA BEST (J118) After the event A Atzeni could offer no explanation for the horse’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race revealed that the horse was displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being allowed to race again, SUNNY DA BEST will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
